Insipiration

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”~ Eph. 2:10

Friends, just as dogs are bred and raised for different tasks and live for those tasks, believers are infused with the very nature of God in order to accomplish His will and purpose.  A sheep dog with no sheep to herd would be a very discouraged and frustrated dog. This dog was bred to herd sheep. That is the joy of his life. What is the nature of God in you created to do? Listen, until you discover that ‘breeding’ (purpose), you and I will probably be frustrated and discouraged with life. In other words you will feel your box is empty. And there is a tendency to do other tasks which you were not ordain to do. Listen, you were created in Christ Jesus to walk in the works He has ordained. And those works will not be burdensome. They will be life giving and fulfillment!

Remember your highest aspiration is to witness yourself being transformed into the image of Christ. Without that, everything else loses meaning. Amen!

Friends, Notice this profound verse in Isaiah 30:1. Woe to the rebellious children,” says the Lord. “Who take counsel, but not of Me, and who devise plans, but not of My Spirit, That they may add sin to sin;

Being led by the Spirit means to listen to the Spirit as you and I make choices. Being sensitive to the voice of God is the path of victorious life. Many of our struggles and dramas are the result of choosing to do our own thing and not allowing Him to lead us. If we don't learn to be led by Spirit, then our Christian life- journey is going to be a puzzle and drama to us.
